Online Application Form

Things you need to have before filling you the Online Admission Form:

1. Child’s Birth Certificate or AADHAR Card.
2. Father’s and Mother’s AADHAAR Card (Both Sides).
3. Passport photo of Child, Father and Mother.

Note: The above documents have to be scanned or you should have a picture of it first. If you are filling the Online Admission Form using a phone, you can also take a picture using your phone’s camera at the time of uploading.
